Actor Anupam Kher confessed that he used to starve himself before his plays because he thought that food will interfere with his performance and his ability to concentrate. He also confessed that every night he used to have Rasgullas before sleeping. He mentioned how his life has changed after he met Rujuta and he eats at regular intervals. Rujuta gave him the luxury to eat Parathas with Ghee. Eating right and at the right time is the key.
