Qikou - Ancient Town
Qikou ancient town in Linxian County, Shanxi Province is one of the most endangered cultural heritage sites, and is still unknown to many. It used to serve as a place for transporting goods and an important wharf for Jin merchants.
Old Town of Lijiang
Lijiang, a city in the northwest part of China's Yunnan province, is home to the Naxi and several other ethnic minority groups. Dating to the late Song dynasty, its old town encompasses cobblestone streets, canals and Central Market Square and its shops and restaurants. Black Dragon Pool has famed views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain range, fronted by the Moon Embracing Pavilion.
